The atmosphere is a modern Adirondack theme. The restaurant has a contemporary Adirondack log built home look to it.

The inside is beautiful with high ceilings, lots of knotty pine, and thick log built walls. The restaurant is very neat and clean.

There are plenty of tables which are sufficiently spaced apart. The tables are stick built and quite striking. I understand that the owner built them himself (… We liked them so much that we asked if he could build one for our Adirondack chalet!). The walls are decorated with Adirondack style items that add to the mood. …. Great atmosphere!

What About The Food?

Suzie Q's serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu includes hearty and varied dishes made with fresh ingredients. There are plenty of items to pick from so the whole family can enjoy, and the prices are reasonable too! They also have a children’s menu.

We have had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there and have never had a bad meal or experience.

My favorite time to go is for breakfast. The menu features many classic egg combinations, omelets, pancakes and more. The toast is made with fresh home-baked bread and the home fries are delicious! There are also bakeshop items. …. Try the home-baked muffins!

The lunch menu includes appetizers, salads, panini sandwiches, and “Suzie's Specialties” (burgers, and lots of specialty sandwiches).

The dinner menu features appetizers, lighter fare selections, and again “Suzie's Specialties” (prime rib, steaks, baby back ribs, fajitas, chicken dishes, Italian, etc.). ...Who knows! They might even have Adirondack trout or Adirondack Venison on some occasions?

Another of my favorite times to go is on Tuesdays for their fabulous “create your own pasta entré” night (call ahead to make sure though). When we went there were two chefs that cook your “make-your-own” entre right in front of you. … And it was “all you can eat” for the same price! …. Absolutely delicious!

If you just want to go for a cocktail they have a nice bar area within the restaurant. They also have a very nicely done pub under the restaurant that is open for special events.

You should definitely check out Suzie Q’s if you are in the area experiencing one of the numerous activities in the Adirondacks. It's not far from the Adirondack Northway (I-87, exit 25).
