(… Anything from fine dining, Adirondack restaurants, pubs, cafés, or diners!) Just one of countless scenarios… but imagine hiking and camping in the backwoods solitude of the Adirondack mountains. Then one evening, you decide that dinner at an Adirondack restaurant would be a welcomed change. Let’s see … Do I want a burger charbroiled to perfection? Maybe dripping with cheddar cheese?, lettuce and tomatoes? onion?, on a homemade roll/bread?. …. Or maybe some Adirondack native cuisine!!! … fresh Adirondack trout (rainbow or brook perhaps)?, or delicious roast duck? Or maybe some smoked Adirondack venison? Hmmm.... I had enough beer this week. A martini or a manhattan would be a nice change! It’s all there, something for everyone, and often within minutes of where you are located! Dining can be anything from causal to formal, from rustic to modern, or from pubs to five star restaurants.
