Adirondack Events - Calendar
2010 Adirondack Events:Enjoy Adirondack life and your vacation! The region is filled with all types of Adirondack events to see, no matter what the season. There are numerous events in the area including concerts, fairs, garage sales, arts, crafts, competitive and recreational sports, a motorcycle rally, all types of festivals, and more!!! The art and craft festivals are a great way to pick up that special item to compliment your Adirondack décor. (… perhaps an Adirondack chair? Or that antler lamp you always wanted? Antique Adirondack furniture, paintings, photography, etc, etc,...?). Whatever you want I’m sure you’ll find what you are looking for at one of the Adirondack venues ! In addition to art and craft festivals my favorite events include the Adirondack hot air balloon festival, Americade, the Lake George Winter Carnival and the concerts.
In fact there are just too many Adirondack happenings to keep up with them all! So for now we’ll concentrate on those events in and around the Chestertown, North Creek, Schroon Lake, Warrensburg, and Lake George area (… just a short drive from our vacation home at Loon Lake).
