2012 Adirondack Events:2011 Adirondack Events:Enjoy Adirondack life and your vacation! The region is filled with all types of Adirondack events to see, no matter what the season. There are numerous events in the area including concerts, fairs, garage sales, arts, crafts, competitive and recreational sports, a motorcycle rally, all types of festivals, and more!!! The art and craft festivals are a great way to pick up that special item to compliment your Adirondack décor. (… perhaps an Adirondack chair? Or that antler lamp you always wanted? Antique Adirondack furniture, paintings, photography, etc, etc,...?). Whatever you want I’m sure you’ll find what you are looking for at one of the Adirondack venues ! In addition to art and craft festivals my favorite events include the Adirondack hot air balloon festival, Americade, the Lake George Winter Carnival, Thurman Maple Syrup Weekends, and the various concerts.
In fact there are just too many Adirondack happenings to keep up with them all! So for now we’ll concentrate on those events in and around the Chestertown, North Creek, Schroon Lake, Warrensburg, Lake George and surrounding area. But we will also include some "must see" out of the area events as well.
