Adirondack Beaches

Adirondack Beaches: The Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York contain over 3,000 ponds and lakes within the Adirondack Park boundaries, many of which have great beaches. Beaches of the Adirondacks began to draw the swimmers in record numbers at the beginning of the 20th century. Some beaches are quiet and secluded and while other are major attractions for vacationers. There are just too many beaches to possibly tell you about them all. …So I will narrow things down significantly on the links and pages that follow by showing you my favorite beaches on Loon Lake, Schroon Lake, Brant Lake and Lake George. In my opinion these beaches are some of the best of the Adirondacks!
Add these beaches to your list of activities in the Adirondacks to experience. You and your kids will love them.
