Warrensburg Farmers Market

We found the Warrensburg Farmers Market to be one of the better farmers markets in this region of the Adirondacks. It’s a "producer only" market that limits sales to producers of locally grown, raised and prepared products. Goods include items such as dairy, poultry, meats, produce, maple syrup products, honey, wine, preserves, plants, cut flowers, baked goods and refreshments (… I’m sure I left something out!). The selection of fruits, vegetables, local specialties, crafts and organic food is awesome!
The farmers market is held each Friday from the beginning of June until the end of October! It’s normally open from 3-6 pm. But to be certain of the dates and times, be sure to check our Adirondacks event calendar. We went during September. Not only were there lots of great products, but it’s also such a beautiful time of year in the Adirondack Mountains. Another great thing about this and other area farmers markets is that it is an excellent opportunity to support local small farmers and producers of the Adirondacks. The Warrensburg Riverfront Farmers Market first began in 1998 and has been going strong ever since. If you are in the Adirondack Park during the summer or fall stop by (… and buy). You won’t be disappointed!
