  • September 1, 2014: Open Jam Session - Boathouse Theatre - 7pm to 10pm - everyone invited to participate with guitars, fiddles or share a tune, Schroon Lake, (518) 532-9259.

  • September 3, 2014: Chestertown Farmers Market, 10am-2pm, a great selection of  harvest produce and baked goods. In addition to fresh produce, shoppers can find handmade goods, honey, gourmet peanut butter, fresh baked crepes, pies, canned jams and jellies, and much more, Chestertown Town Hall (across from the Grand Union), 6307 State Route 9, Chestertown, (518) 494-3336.
  • September 4, 2014: Cruise Night, 6-9pm, classic cars, sports cars, hot rods and motorcycles, live music, door prizes and trophies, downtown North Creek.
  • September 4, 2014: Farmers Market, 3-6pm, Adirondack Tri-County Nursing Home Lawn, 112 Ski Bowl Road, North Creek.

It’s a jam packed “Roaring Twenties” weekend with the theme being northern Warren County's part as a stopover during the prohibition era for smugglers carrying rum down Rte. 9 from Canada to New York City.
