  • September 3, 2014: Chestertown Farmers Market, 10am-2pm, a great selection of  harvest produce and baked goods.   • September 4, 2014: Cruise Night, 6-9pm, classic cars, sports cars, hot rods and motorcycles, live music, door prizes and trophies, downtown North Creek.

You’ll be taking a trip back in time to the Roaring Twenties! It’s a jam packed “Roaring Twenties” weekend with the theme being northern Warren County's part as a stopover during the prohibition era for smugglers carrying rum down Rte. 9 from Canada to New York City.   • September 12-14, 2014: Adirondack Fly Fishing Retreat, all day, This workshop will not only focus on the art of fly casting and fly fishing, but also on the natural science of fly fishing. Led by licensed fly fishing guides with backgrounds in environmental science, the workshop will be held at the AIC, with fishing excursions planned nearby. No prior knowledge of fly fishing is necessary, nor is gear, which will be made available. Lodging and food provided onsite. $199/person. Pre-registration required.
